Immersive Percutaneous Dilatational Tracheostomy (PDT) Masterclass

This 1 day course is aimed at senior trainees/residents, locally employed doctors and consulants who perform PDT. We will use the experts from the NTSP who have spent years researching the best techniques for PDT and we will cover them all! From planning, preparation of the patient, team and equipment, ultrasound, airway management, PDT itself, tube position checks and troubleshooting. 

The Data Visualisation Suite is a unique space. We have 360-degree videos of the PDT procedure that literally place you at the bedside for the procedure. The course includes live ultrasound, airway management, PDT performance and tube checking stations to supplement our presentations and procedural videos.

The course costs £100 to attend and is supported by Atos Medical and Verathon.
